After more than two weeks of training in Laranjeiras, the Yugoslav international Petkovic was successfully registered by the CBF this Monday and could looks lined up to be included in Wednesdays game against São Paulo at the Morumbi.
The former Real Madrid player and more recently Qatari club of Al-Itthad will help play as an attacking midfielder at the Carioca club with Felipe.
Petkovic, 33 years, is a Yugoslavian international and first played in Brazil in 1998 at Vitoria Bahia after a short stay in Madrid.
