Football once again showed its solidarity side in the face of the tragic floods that left more than 160 dead and 653,000 evacuated in southern Brazil. In addition to the actions of the clubs that participated in collections and offered assistance, there is a benefit match that will bring together big stars.

Ronaldinho, Cafu, Bebeto and Filipe Luís are some of the stars who have already confirmed their presence in the match that will take place on Sunday, at 4 p.m. (Brasília time), at the Maracaná stadium, in Rio de Janeiro. It is a solidarity match between two teams that will be led by Mano Menezes, originally from Rio Grande do Sul, the state most affected by water, and Dorival Júnior, Brazil coach.
