With the European season coming to an end, transfer rumors are in full swing. Arthur Cabral, for instance, has been mentioned as a potential target for AC Milan this summer, with reports claiming the Rossoneri have already struck a deal with Fiorentina.
However, there seems to be no truth to those rumors. According to the Brazilian’s agent Luis Portela, known as Cacau, there are no negotiations whatsoever between the clubs, while his client is completely focused on his current team.

Arthur Cabral’s camp denies AC Milan rumors
“I saw information that Milan and Fiorentina had a verbal agreement, but that is just speculation. There’s nothing at this point. Arthur is focused on the Conference Final,” Portela said, as quoted by Ge. “He wants to win that title and after the season everything will be discussed. What’s best for everyone will be done.”
Cabral, 25, is under contract with I Viola until 2026, with a release clause of €80 million. He’s been in Florence since January 2022, when he joined the club in a €15m deal from Basel. The Brazilian boasts 8 goals in 15 Conference League games this season, playing a pivotal role in his team’s road to the final.
His progress may have drawn interest from other clubs, but he still has a big task ahead of him. Fiorentina will take on West Ham in the Conference League final on Wednesday, June 7 in Prague. Then he’ll have time to evaluate his options.
