Carlo Ancelotti is well aware of the buzz surrounding Endrick. The forward, who joined Real Madrid this summer at just 18 years old, is already generating enormous expectations for his debut season in Spain.
However, the Italian coach is cautious and believes the young player deserves patience from everyone. He explained this in a press conference in Charlotte after two friendly matches in which the Brazilian had playing time.

“Obviously, we need to be patient,” Carletto explained, noting that the former Palmeiras player deserves an adaptation period similar to the one Turkish player Arda Güler had last season in his first year in the Spanish capital.
“He has shown great quality and talent, but like Arda last year, we must not put too much pressure on young players. He has talent but also faces a lot of pressure; he is a beloved player worldwide, especially in Brazil. We need to be patient,” Ancelotti said.
Additionally, Ancelotti made it clear that he only envisions Endrick as a striker.
“He is a center forward; sometimes he can play as a second striker, but his position on the field is quite clear. He is not a player like Bellingham or Rodrygo who can play in various positions. His role is quite clear as a center forward,” he added.
