Marcelo left a mark at Real Madrid, and now it’s his son who seeks to emulate him. Enzo Alves, forward for the Cadete B side, renewed his contract with Los Blancos until 2027, the maximum allowed for underage players. His initial agreement, signed in December 2022, was set to expire in 2026.
The 14-year-old, who will turn 15 in September, celebrated this milestone in his career through a post on Instagram: “Happy to continue in the best club in the world.”
As expected, his father expressed happiness and pride in this news: “Congratulations, my son, for another achieved goal! Joy, work, and responsibility. Shine.”

Marcelo wasn’t the only star to react to the post, as Vinicius Junior also congratulated the forward in the comments.
Alves is having a great season in the Madrid academy, with 17 goals in Group 1 of the Cadet Honor Division in the Spanish capital.
Despite having the option to represent Brazil as his father did, the striker has already begun to pave his way with the Spanish U-15 national team.
