According to Spanish outlet El Desmarque, the new deal makes Vini one of the highest-paid players in the squad, with a gross salary of 20 million euros.
The agreement, which includes performance bonuses, also reportedly features a 1 billion euro release clause to protect the winger from potential suitors.
The contract runs until June 2027, ensuring that Vinicius will be a mainstay in Madrid for the foreseeable future.
The player has already cemented his place in the club’s storied history by playing a key role in winning two Champions League titles. In 2022, he scored the winning goal in the final against Liverpool, and in 2024, he delivered a standout performance in the decisive match against Borussia Dortmund.
