And it seems that his future could be in Italy. More precisely, in the capital. Lazio have been strongly linked with “Tigrinho” in recent days, and their president, Claudio Lotito, only fueled these rumors with the following statement to Il Messaggero: “We will sign an important player born in 2005.”

That being the year Roque was born does not look like a coincidence, as the ‘Biancocelesti’ are looking to strengthen their attack after Ciro Immobile’s departure to Besiktas and the possible return of Taty Castellanos to Girona.

Barcelona signed Vitor Roque from Athletico Paranaense for €61 million, 30 of which were fixed, while the remaining 31 are on add-ons. The original idea was for the forward to arrive in Spain in July 2024, but the club ultimately decided to bring him in January.
