Bournemouth paid €37 million (R$223 million) plus an additional €10 million (R$60.2 million) in bonuses and performance-related goals.
However, the Portuguese team owned 100% of the player’s rights and will keep nearly all the money. Fluminense is entitled to 4% of the amount from the so-called “Solidarity Mechanism.” The team is expected to receive around R$9 million.
Evanilson’s participation in the Copa América
Competing in his first official tournament for the Brazilian National Team, Evanilson participated in the 2024 Copa América. He remained as an option on the bench during the group stage, only entering the field in the knockout rounds, specifically in the quarterfinals.
Wanting to continue attracting attention in Europe, Evanilson is striving to keep representing the Brazilian National Team. Despite the intense competition in the attack, the former Fluminense player is expected to be called up in the upcoming selections by Dorival Jr.
