Brazil head into the Paris 2024 Olympic Games aiming to build on what has been a historic performance. With 21 medals in total, Tokyo 2020 was the country’s most successful participation in tournament history.

Seven of those medals were gold, including the epic triumph of the men’s football team to make it back-to-back successes (the Brazilian U-23 national team had already won the gold medal in football in Rio 2016).

  • Martine Grael and Kahena Kunze (Sailing – 49er FX)
  • Rebeca Andrade (Gymnastics – Women’s vault)
