The Chiangrai United team, from the first division of Thailand, announced on social media the signing of 30-year-old defender Victor Oliveira on Thursday (11). The experienced player’s contract with the club runs until the end of May 2025. The athlete spoke about this new opportunity.
“I am very happy to be able to arrive at Chiangrai, a club in the Thai first division. After I returned from Thailand to Brazil, I already had this goal of playing here again and for me it is an honor to be back. Even more so in such a traditional club in the country. My expectation is very good. I believe that my first passage through the country prepared me for this moment. I experienced the second league, lived in the south of the country, in the capital. That’s why I feel adapted here to the country as well as to football and culture in general. There is everything to be a good season,” he said.
