The national team is already in France for the Olympic Games. The delegation arrived shortly after 1 PM (8 AM in Brasília) on Thursday (18) at Bordeaux International Airport, the venue for Brazil’s debut in the Olympic tournament on the 25th against Nigeria.
The journey from Tom Jobim Airport in Rio to Bordeaux took 10 hours and 10 minutes.

The city hosting the team during this first phase is experiencing high temperatures. At the moment of their arrival, it was 38 degrees at the airport.
On Thursday, coach Arthur Elias and some of his assistants will visit the Bordeaux stadium in the late afternoon, which will host Brazil vs. Nigeria, and later, in the third round of the group stage, Brazil vs. Spain.
The athletes will remain at the hotel, where they will participate in a technical meeting.
The Bordeaux Stadium was built for France to host Euro 2016. Completed in 2015, between the gardens of Parc Floral and the Bois de Bordeaux forest, it has become the main sports showcase of the world capital of wine.
On Friday (19), the team will train at 6 PM at the Stehelin Stadium, which is also located in Bordeaux.
