The Pre-Olympic Team completed its preparations to face Colombia this Friday (26). It is Brazil’s second challenge in the competition in search of a place in Paris 2024. It will not be an easy opponent. The team is coming off a 1-0 victory in their debut against Bolivia. The Colombians suffered a 3-0 defeat by Ecuador. Despite the opponent’s setback, the coach of the pre-Olympic team understands that it is a strong team and it is necessary to be prepared to play a good match and emerge with victory.

“It was very important to start on the right foot, to start with a victory in the competition. A very difficult, very balanced competition. And it will be another opportunity for growth. I said we would grow during the competition. And that is our goal. Against Colombia, a very tough opponent. We understand and know the difficulties we will face. We have already faced each other on a few occasions”, said the coach, who recalled important clashes against the Colombian team.
