This tradition continues today with the presence of midfielders Mauro Júnior and André Ramalho in the squad. “It’s a very special connection,” Mauro Júnior says enthusiastically.

“I’ve been able to grow here listening to the stories of the Brazilians who came before me. It’s exciting to see the club recognizing the legacy our football has left.”

A tribute to the colors of Brazil

PSV’s new third kit is an ode to the club’s ties with Brazil. Predominantly white, it proudly features the colors of the Brazilian flag—blue, yellow, and green—on the collar, sleeves, and sides. The design is inspired by the early test images of television, paying homage to the innovation that allowed fans to follow matches across Europe.

“With this new jersey, we celebrate the bond between PSV and Brazil,” the club states. The inside of the collar even features a Portuguese translation of PSV’s motto: “A União Faz a Força” (“Unity Makes Strength”).

A kit that will captivate fans proud to see their team defend Brazil’s colors in Europe. For PSV, it is a way to honor their past while also looking decisively toward the future.
