After the sale of Nino to Zenit, from Russia, Fluminense received an offer for André and, in the coming days, could complete the player’s transfer.

Over the last year, Fulham and Liverpool have shown interest in signing André, even making proposals, while Manchester City, a recent opponent in the Club World Cup, has emerged in recent weeks as another interested party.

Of those mentioned above, Fulham are the closest to signing the midfielder. Last season, Flu refused an attack from the English club.

At the time, André decided to stay after a conversation with Fernando Diniz. Coincidentally or not, together they won the unprecedented Libertadores title.

Fulham, from England, offered around 30 million fixed euros (R$ 160 million at current prices), in addition to 5 million euros in bonuses.

The information was initially published by journalist Ben Jacobs.

The midfielder is an absolute starter in Fernando Diniz’s team and, therefore, his stay is considered “complicated”.
