New Brazilian National Team coach Fernando Diniz is having trouble to sort a few positions on his first call-up of the team. The event is scheduled for this Friday (18) and the matches will happen in September against Bolívia (8) and Peru (12) for the South American Qualifiers.

According to reports from UOL, Diniz is trying to figure out who will play in the right-back and as the forward of the team, as both positions are considered problematic in the recent years.

A good example is the World Cup in Qatar, in which Tite brought Danilo and Daniel Alves, but the first got hurt in the tournament and the second did not have full trust of the coach, so he improvised Militão.

There’s high expectation for the call-up of Monaco’s Caio Henrique. Vanderson, also from Monaco, and Samuel Xavier, are also fighting for position. Tottenham’s Emerson Royal did not cause good impression on his opportunities, so he might not feature on this call-up.

The forward position is another discussion in Brazilian football as nobody has been able to guarantee the position. Diniz had expected to use Gabriel Jesus or Tiquinho Soares, but both are injured and will not be able to play in this first Fifa date. Richarlison probably will use the number 9 again.
