Players eliminated from the Copa América 2024 who return to the Brasileirão

The group stage of the CONMEBOL Copa América 2024 has come to an end, so several players will have to pack their bags and return home. Many of them will head to Brazil.

In total, nine players who compete in the Brasileirão, both in Série A and B, participated in the continental tournament but have already been eliminated.

The national teams with players from Brazilian football that are no longer in the competition are Bolivia (2), Chile (3), and Paraguay (4).

For “La Verde,” the ones returning to Brazil are Luis Haquin (Ponte Preta) and Miguel Terceros (Santos).

As for “La Roja,” those returning to the Brazilian elite are Eduardo Vargas (Atlético Mineiro), Benjamín Kuscevic (Fortaleza), and Erick Pulgar (Flamengo).

La Albirroja, on the other hand, will see the following names rejoin their respective clubs in Brazil: Ángel Romero (Corinthians), Villasanti (Grêmio), Gustavo Gómez (Palmeiras), and Bobadilla (São Paulo).
