The agreement between Vasco and Philippe Coutinho has undergone a change in recent days. That’s right, fans.

Initially, Coutinho was about to terminate his contract with Aston Villa, from England, but the situation has changed, and the player will come to the club from Rio de Janeiro on loan.

New format of the agreement

  • Aston Villa, who invested heavily in signing Coutinho, preferred a one-year loan until next June. This change was first reported by ESPN;
  • With the new configuration of the agreement, there are no more obstacles to the signing between Vasco and Coutinho. The signing of the midfielder is expected to be officially announced by the club in the coming days;
