Flamengo star striker Pedro has declined an offer from Saudi club Al Hilal, even though it offered a salary six times higher than he currently receives. This proposal was rejected by the player due to his sporting concerns.
Despite this, Al Hilal haven’t given up on the idea of signing Pedro and are considering making a new approach by adjusting the terms of the offer.

Pedro is one of the most highly rated players in the Flamengo squad during this transfer period, alongside young people from the training center. However, the club are reluctant to negotiate the prolific striker’s departure.
And for good reason, with 25 goals in 33 games, Pedro is the team’s top scorer this season. He has also represented the Brazilian team in two recent international matches. A year ago, Flamengo had already refused an offer of more than 20 million euros (110 million reais) from Palmeiras to secure the services of the striker.
Al-Hilal does not intend to give up so easily
Despite his initial refusal, Al Hilal does not give up on the idea of recruiting Pedro and hopes to convince him with a new financial amount.
Convincing the player to leave Flamengo won’t be easy as it could reduce his visibility and his chances of being selected for the Brazilian National Team.
