Fernandinho grabbed the second in the 54th minute and it marked an easy win for Fabio Cannavaro’s side.
The result sees Guangzhou Evergrande maintain a seven point lead at the top of the Chinese Super League after the tenth round with a tally of 25 points. Shenzhen continue yet another game without a win although they maintain their fifth placed position with 11 points so far.
Guangzhou Evergrande will return to the pitch on Sunday. A tough clash awaits when they take on third-placed Shandong Luneng. On the other hand, Shenzen FC will play a day later when they travel to bottom of the table Henan Jianye.
