Manchester City’s Brazilian goalkeeper Ederson among nominees for September Player of the Month award. He is competing with Julián Álvarez and Kyle Walker. The team is leading the Premier League with six wins and one loss this season.

Ederson put in a brilliant performance in the 3-1 away win over West Ham, making two vital saves to deny Michail Antonio and Kurt Zouma from scoring when the score was 1-1. Ederson also demonstrated his focus and overall excellence by preventing Nottingham Forest from closing the gap in our recent 2-0 win at the Etihad, when the team was reduced to ten players.
