Invincibility, isolated leadership, nine points advantage, best attack and best defense. Pyunik’s campaign is, so far, practically perfect in the 2023/24 Armenian League.
The team, which includes attacking midfielder Lucas Villela, achieved its fourth consecutive victory, last Monday (6), by beating BKMA 4-1. Now, the Brazilian player and company will welcome vice-leader Noah, in this Saturday (11), in a direct confrontation between the first placed teams.
“We are having a great time in the season, but we need to maintain focus and concentration for the next games. Maintaining an unbeaten record is extremely difficult, but we are doing our best to make it happen game by game. Now we have a big clash ahead, against Noah, who is also doing well in the competition,” said Lucas Villela.
