Brazilian Lucas Paquetá is now the main target of Manchester City during this transfer window. Italian newspaper Tutto Mercato first published the information, but reports from Fabrizio Romano, Ge and ESPN confirm the interest.
However, the chances of Paquetá going to City are minimized because of the value that the club intends to propose. They evaluate the transfer for around 81m euros, but it is not enough for West Ham to release the player as of now. The Hammers sold Declan Rice for Arsenal for 116m euros.
