At 21 years old, Lauren happily enjoys the company of her teammates in the preparation of the Brazilian National Team for the Paris Olympic Games. With a lot of experience in the CBF youth teams, she is committed to the training sessions and is always attentive to the guidance of coach Arthur Elias.
“I’m very happy to see things happening in my career over the last three or four years. I didn’t imagine that everything would happen so quickly. For Lauren, being part of the National Team is a source of pride, regardless of her being on the list of four reserves who will go to France. In addition, going to the Olympic Games helps a bit to leave behind the campaign of the National Team in the last World Cup.
“What I want is to enjoy all the moments with the team, give the maximum possible to be in my best condition and, if needed, I will be prepared, available to help the National Team.”
With Arthur in these days of activities in Teresópolis, Lauren has trained only as a defender, although she has versatility as a characteristic.
