Forward Klayver is heading into his second season in Ukrainian football, but it will be his first official season start, as he joined Rukh Lviv while the local championships were already underway.
The Brazilian player left Ferroviária, the club that developed him, at the end of February last year. The deal involved around 170,000 euros (approximately R$ 800,000) for 70% of the player’s rights, with the option to acquire an additional 10% (50,000 euros). Klayver’s contract is for four years with a release clause of 3.3 million euros (approximately R$ 17.7 million).

In the last season, Rukh Lviv participated in two competitions and played 32 matches, including 30 in the Premyer-Liha, finishing in 6th place, and two matches in the Ukrainian Cup.
“I am very excited for the season. I want to show Ukrainian football and all the Rukh fans my potential, contributing even more to my teammates by bringing good results and fighting for qualification in a continental competition, which we narrowly missed last year,” says Klayver.
