Neymar’s 2023 has been full of turbulence. The most talented player in the Brazilian National Team had to change clubs recently and is also recovering from an injury he sustained in the beginning of the year.
Now an Al Hilal player after agreeing to a transfer from PSG, the number 10’s fitness condition is yet to be proven. His new club coach Jorge Jesus placed questions in whether he should or not be called up and present himself to the national team as Neymar’s debut with the Saudi Arabian giants has been postponed to the middle of September at least.

CBF where quick to respond the allegations and said that they were monitoring the player up close. The decision was to keep him called up. Neymar got together with the group this Monday (4th) and brought happiness to the fans in Belém, where Brazil will face Bolivia for the first match of the South American Qualifiers.
Fernando Diniz held his first complete work this Tuesday (5th) and Neymar was part of it. According to UOL, he was smiling and laughing all the time and did not show any soreness in his thigh. He took the full activity.
However, it is not yet certain that Neymar will be on the starting lineup of Brazil. Diniz and the medical staff will keep an eye on the player until the end of the week and, if he does not complain about any pain, then he shall take the field since minute zero.
Brazil and Bolivia will face each other on Friday (8th), at 9:45 pm local time, in Mangueirão Stadium.
