Internacional midfielder Alan Patrick was elected the best player of the Brasileirão in October, in a vote by journalists from all over Brazil. During the month, he was responsible for three goals and two assists in the tournament for Colorado.
In the five matches in October, Internacional had three wins and two defeats. Currently in 13th position, the club is looking to recover in the Brazilian Championship, after having a great campaign in the Libertadores and reaching the semi-finals.
“It’s an individual award, however, my teammates have a share in it. As it is a team sport, I am very grateful to the team. Everyone has a special participation in this award”, he thanked.

Alan donated a ton of food to an institution pre-selected by Instituto Assaí, the social organization of Assaí Atacadista, one of Brasileirão’s sponsors.
He chose the institution Amigos do Bem, located in São Paulo and active throughout the country, which carries out projects aimed at local development and social inclusion for populations in situations of extreme poverty and misery.
