With the momentary suspension of the Brasileirão and due to his recent injury, the little time that Endrick should have left at Palmeiras seems to have been considerably reduced.

Aware of this situation, the player used his official Instagram account to send a message that has been taken as a farewell, showing that Endrick would already be focused on his next two steps: The Copa América and Real Madrid.

Endrick and a message that sounds like a farewell

According to the Brazilian press, Endrick’s injury would not be as serious as initially believed, as it would only be inflammation in his right thigh and the recovery time should be minimal.

Nevertheless, either out of precaution or fear of missing the Copa América, Endrick is already starting to think about Palmeiras in a farewell tone, and his most recent Instagram story shows this.

With four photographs in which he can be seen excited, on his knees and in full celebration, Endrick sent a clear message that has been taken as a definitive farewell: “Palmeiras, I love you. Thank you for everything.”

In principle, Palmeiras still has Endrick for the pending matches before he comes of age and joins Real Madrid, in July of this year, but it seems that the 17-year-old striker, at least for now, is only thinking about the Copa América and Real Madrid.

Is Endrick right to say goodbye when he still has matches to play? Palmeiras fans on social media have taken this post in a very bittersweet way. However, it is expected that the Verdão’s prodigy child will still have an emotional farewell at his stadium.
