The forward Carlos Vinícius from Fulham was able to change the London’s club mind in the end of the transfer window. He had been making moves in the European and Brazilian football market in recent weeks. This is because the player has been approached by big clubs such as Bayer Leverkusen, Sevilla, Valencia, Atlético-MG, and São Paulo. Despite the desires of other teams, Fulham only accepted to negotiate the player on a permanent basis.

As the transfer window was ending for the big leagues and Armando Borja joined the London club, things were not looking good for the Brazilian. He and his staff, however, were able to set a loan deal with Galatasaray.

Carlos Vinícius had been a luxury reserve in the English team. Since 2023, the player has played 38 matches, 14 of which as a starter, scored eight goals, provided three assists, and needed 131 minutes on the field to contribute to a goal.

Underutilized by Portuguese coach Marco Silva in the current season, the forward has a desire to move on to a new challenge in his career. Brazil is a viable option. Despite the current scenario, Fulham was not making negotiations easy. The London club is asked for 11 million euros.

Wherever he has been in Europe, Carlos Vinícius has stood out with his goals. In addition to Fulham, the player represented Benfica, where in 49 matches, 27 as a starter, he scored 24 goals and provided 13 assists, and was the top scorer in the Portuguese League in 2019/20.

The forward also wore the Tottenham shirt, scoring 10 goals and providing three assists in 10 games as a starter. At PSV in the Netherlands, he played 14 matches as a starter, scoring seven goals and providing seven assists.
