The winter transfer window was less noisy than in previous years, but that doesn’t mean there were not important moves in Europe. For Brazil, it was an interesting transfer window, with four representatives among the 10 most expensive signings.
The transfer of Vitor Roque to Barcelona was the most expensive, as the Catalan club secured his arrival from Athletico Paranaense for €40 million. Lucas Beraldo and Gabriel Moscardo were also among the highest transfers, as PSG invested €20 million in each of them. Marcos Leonardo, who left Santos to make the leap to Benfica, is also in the top 10 after being sold for €10 million.
