After winning the title and securing promotion to the first division of the United Arab Emirates last season with Al Orooba, forward Erick Daniel has a new team for 2024/2025.
Erick signed a 1-year contract with Al Hamriyah, a team that will compete in the UAE Division 1. The Brazilian spoke about the agreement with the team.

Erick Daniel celebrates joining the new team
Shortly after being officially presented as the new player for Al Hamriyah, Erick Daniel spoke about his expectations for the season.
“I am very happy to join Al Hamriyah, a club with a good structure that is building a team aimed at promotion to the first division. The team has an ambitious project, and I am very pleased to have this opportunity to represent Al Hamriyah this season,” he said.
Seventh season in the United Arab Emirates
The player, who came up through Cruzeiro, has been in the United Arab Emirates since 2019, when he left Vila Nova for the Asian country. Since then, Erick has played for three teams: Al Bataeh, where he spent three seasons and achieved promotion, Al Dhaid, and Al Orooba, his last team.
Used to winning, Erick Daniel spoke about what he expects from the season with Al Hamriyah and projected a fight for titles.
“The team has a great project and is thinking big. My mindset is always to compete for the top positions, and that is my goal here at Al Hamriyah. I come with the objective of having a great season, and I want to win titles,” he concluded.
