Chelsea aims to secure the arrival of Gabriel Moscardo amid interest from Arsenal, Liverpool, and FC Barcelona
English newspapers Daily Mail and The Standard claim that Chelsea are the team leading the race to secure the services of the 18-year-old midfielder. According to their information, Corinthians are aware of this specific interest in Moscardo, and have reportedly set a price for him ahead of a likely winter sale.
Timão hope to receive a minimum of around £26 million for Moscardo, which would be just under €30 million. Chelsea would seek to finalize Moscardo’s signing as soon as possible, as their intention is to beat other interested teams in the old continent such as Liverpool, Arsenal, or FC Barcelona. In the summer, Chelsea reportedly tried to secure Moscardo’s arrival for around £18 million, which wasn’t enough to satisfy Corinthians’ demands.
