The Main Women’s Team is called up to compete in the 2024 Concacaf Women’s Gold Cup. This Thursday (1), coach Arthur Elias announced the list of 23 players who will represent Brazil in the competition. The event took place at the CBF headquarters, in Rio de Janeiro.
At the CONCACAF invitation, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia and Paraguay will face teams from North and Central America.

The tournament, which serves as preparation for the Paris Olympic Games, will take place between February 20th and March 10th, passing through four cities: San Diego, Carson and Los Angeles, in California, and Houston, in Texas.
Brazil is part of group B alongside Colombia, Panama and the winner of Haiti and Puerto Rico, who will compete in the preliminary stages in search of classification.
The team debuts in the competition on the 21st, against the winner of Haiti or Puerto Rico. In the second clash, the Brazilians will meet an old acquaintance, Colombia, on the 24th. The team ends its participation in the group stage on the 26th, against Panama. All first round matches will take place at Snapdragon Stadium, in San Diego, California. The times will still be announced by the entity.
This is the first time that Arthur Elias has decided to not call up Marta.
