With passage through the Noroeste base, experience in Germany, and disdain from one of his coaches, the young Luccas Paraizo has been emerging with the Associação Portuguesa de Desportos shirt.
At the age of 21, the striker is one of the main names in the squad. Paraizo was highlighted last season, when he played in the Campeonato Paulista U-20 by the team helping the team to advance to the semifinal of the tournament, being eliminated by Santos, who were crowned champions.

In all, there were 25 matches played during the youth categorie, with 22 goals scored, finishing as top scorer in the competition. With good appearances on the last step of grassroots football, the board opted to integrate the jewel into the professional squad for the 2023 season.
During Paulistão, Paraizo played as a starter in nine matches, contributing directly with two goals and one assist. However, the highlight for Lusa’s revelation in the season was during its debut in the Copa Paulista.
In the game against Santo André, the striker was one of the highlights of the match, scoring a goal, and giving the pass to another, in the 4-0 victory. However, the main highlight occurred in the fourth minute of the game, when Paraizo reached the mark of 36.9Km/h registering the fourth highest speed achieved on the field, according to the website ‘speedsdb.com’.
The speed is similar to the record of the Welsh striker Gareth Bale, and surpasses Rafael Leão, Frederico Valverde, and Haaland. At the age of 21, the Brazilian jewel is emerging as a promising striker, and could be one of the next revelations in the South American market.
