Preparations for the Women’s National Team are in full swing. This Monday (31), the players held the penultimate training session before the decisive match against Jamaica, valid for the group stage of the 2023 Women’s World Cup.
After the initial warm-up, the focus was on improving passing techniques. To intensify the tactical preparation, coach Pia Sundhage led an 11 against 11 training with all the athletes. As for the players who had fewer minutes in the last game, training continued with a 5-on-5 match on a reduced pitch.

The Brazilian delegation leaves for Melbourne this Tuesday (1st) in the morning. There will still be one last training session on the eve of the match, in the afternoon, for final adjustments.
Brazil occupies the third position of Group F, adding three points so far. Seeking to qualify for the next stage of the competition, Canarinho will face Jamaica this Wednesday (2nd) at 7am (Brasília time), at Melbourne’s Rectangular Stadium.
