Brazilian National Team arrives in the United States for the Women’s Gold Cup

The Brazilian Women’s National Team started to assemble on Friday (16) for the Concacaf Women’s Gold Cup. In the first phase of the competition, Brazil will face the national teams of Puerto Rico or Haiti on the 21st, Colombia on the 25th, and Panama on the 27th at Snapdragon Stadium in San Diego, California.

At the Hyatt Regency La Jolla hotel, the first athletes to report to the training camp were players living in the United States, including defender Lauren, midfielder Julia Bianchi, and forwards Bia Zaneratto and Debinha, along with part of the coaching staff. In the early evening, midfielder Ary Borges from Racing Louisville is expected to arrive.

The group will be complete with the arrival of the remaining athletes by Monday (19). The expectation is for coach Arthur Elias to lead the first training session on Sunday (18) at 6 p.m. (local time) at Torero Stadium in San Diego.
