Renowned Brazilian football legend Ronaldinho graced the vibrant city of Kolkata with his presence on a pleasant Sunday, commencing a two-day visit that drew the eager anticipation of fans. As he emerged from the terminal at the bustling airport, an exuberant crowd had gathered, exuding excitement and warmth as they welcomed their idol.

During his brief stay in the city, the legendary footballer had a packed schedule that included his participation in various events and the prestigious task of inaugurating a Durga Puja pandal. Moreover, there was a sense of expectation in the air, with hopes of a meeting with the esteemed Chief Minister, Mamata Banerjee.

In his social media message, he expressed the desire to interact with sponsors, attend felicitation programs, and promote the beautiful game, acknowledging the significant Brazilian fanbase in Kolkata.

He shared his aspiration to meet the Chief Minister of West Bengal and present her with a cherished jersey. Notably, he playfully mentioned his interest in learning cricket from Bengal’s iconic figure, “Dada.”
