Yesterday (6) was not a good day for Richarlison as he was not called up by Fernando Diniz to the Brazilian National Team and was also left out of the clash between Tottenham and Chelsea, where his club lost 4-1.

The Brazilian has been struggling as of late and, even though he was used in Diniz’s first four games as manager of the Brazilian squad, it seems that Richarlison has lost his place and other players will gain chances.

Already sold to Real Madrid and living a good moment at Palmeiras, Endrick seems like the one that might get the number 9 shirt.

What Diniz said

“I think that, more than the system, I have to look at everything that is happening. I believe that these players that I called up will, at this moment, be better able to deliver what I am expecting at this moment. Richarlison is an excellent player, he played very well in the main competition in the world, which is the World Cup, and he wasn’t able to deliver what he could, but he didn’t play badly, especially the first leg, against Bolivia and Peru.”

“It’s just that the team is a team, he competes with other great players, and at that moment I preferred to call up others.”
