“The referee told me not to do that anymore in that game, I"ve never seen that in my life. […] But at the end of the match, he said he played with me on FIFA. It was funny," Bolasie said in a press conference on Thursday.

“I don"t plan anything, everything happens spontaneously during the game. I get into the game, see how I feel and it happens," explained the striker.

Bolasie praised the triumph of the team from Santa Catarina over Vasco, but asked for humility for the rest of the season.

“It was very nice to play in a big stadium, a historic club like Vasco. […] But I have my feet on the ground, I"m very happy with the first goal, but my feet are on the ground and I"m very calm," the striker added.

Remembering Zagallo
