Barça already has a plan to register Vitor Roque in winter
The aforementioned media assures that the arrival of Vitor Roque is imminent. The club is waiting for payment from Libero, who owes the club more than 40 million euros, and they have set a deadline for the debt: December 15. However, the Catalan institution doubts the payment of said debt, since relations between the investment group and Barça deteriorated during the summer.
For this reason, the club would already be well advanced in the sale of a percentage of Barça Studios to a Mexican consortium and, if these two options fail, there would also be conversations with an Asian investment group. In this way, the club is calm about receiving a good monetary injection that will allow them to create the salary space necessary to register Vitor Roque without problems.
If everything goes as agreed, Barça would expect Vitor Roque to travel to Barcelona in the week of December 16, since Roque will play his last game with Athletico Paranaense on 07/12, and they would like to give him a week of “vacation” so you can say goodbye, rest and put everything in order before leaving permanently for the old continent.
During this time, Roque could only train with the Catalan club, since he could not be registered until January, which is when the winter market officially opens. In this way, Barça would hope that Vitor Roque can make his debut against UD Las Palmas, on January 4, 2024.
