“My innocence will be proven”

The 23-year-old affirmed his innocence and expressed the ordeal he has gone through in silence with his family since the accusation was made public. He said on social media that his innocence would be proven after the investigation was closed, and that he had faith in the judiciary to restore his tarnished image.

“After the investigation is closed, my innocence will be proven, and it is certain that justice will prevail and that the damage done to my image will remain in the past,” Antony wrote on social media.

As a reminder, Gabriela Cavallin, DJ and influencer, filed a complaint against Antony for domestic violence, threat and bodily injury. In an exclusive document obtained by the press, it is mentioned that the attack took place in May, when Antony was in England. However, it has not been clarified whether the alleged incident happened in Manchester or Brazil.

“I have never experienced a similar situation”

The situation has drawn strong reactions from both sides. Antony expressed his outrage at what he calls a false accusation, pointing to the preliminary and unfair judgment of some.

“Even being born and raised in a very disadvantaged community, I had never experienced a similar situation, where a false accusation of assault resulted in prior and unfair judgment by some,” t he commented.

Gabriela, on the other hand, requested an emergency protective measure and provided alleged evidence of injuries and threatening messages. The case is now in the hands of the judicial authorities.
