The NFL is in negotiations to bring a big name for the halftime show of the first league game in South America. According to journalist Danilo Lacalle, singer Anitta’s team is in talks for a performance at the match between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Green Bay Packers.
The match between the two teams will take place at the NeoQuímica Arena, home of Corinthians, in São Paulo, on September 6th at 9:30 pm (Brasilia time), marking the first week of the regular season.

Anitta, who already has some connections to the world of American football, was mentioned in 2022 as the affair of Tyler Boyd, former player of the Cincinnati Bengals, who competed in the Super Bowl that year. More recently, rumors have indicated a relationship between the singer and Justin Jefferson, wide receiver of the Minnesota Vikings and considered one of the best in the position in the NFL.
2024/25 Season
The 2024/25 NFL season begins on September 5th, with the Kansas City Chiefs, the current champions, facing the Baltimore Ravens. The Super Bowl is scheduled for February 9th, 2025, at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans. Miley Cyrus is one of the artists rumored to be in the running for the halftime show of that edition.
