Brazil will end their year atop the Fifa ranking while Argentina and Italy with have to be content with making up the podium.
It is the sixth consecutive year that Brazil have topped the ranking, this time they lead World Champions Italy by 28 points.
The latest figures, published today, show that Argentina have replaced France at number three.
