Brazilian midfielder Emerson has praised compatriot Lucio ahead of Juventus’ UEFA Champions League clash against Bayern Munich.
The Italian giants got the better of Die Bundesliga outfit at the Stadio Delle Alpi thanks to Pavel Nedved’s goal in their first Group C encounter.
However, the sides clash in the Olympia Stadion on Wednesday and Emerson is pointing to Lucio as a key man for Bayern.
“He’s a good player. We’ve played together frequently for Brazil. He’s a dangerous player, we will have to be attentive,” said Emerson.
Emerson has experience of German football having played for Bayer Leverkusen and the midfielder believes the time in Die Bundesliga has served him well.
“It was an important experience for me. It’s a different world. I was 21 and I learned a lot,” he added.
