In an hour and 25 minutes of training, Pia divided the work into three dynamics. First, it started with a back-and-forth exercise, splitting the cast into two groups. Then, the midfielders and forwards made an 8 x 6 attack against defense, and the defenders and laterals worked on defensive concepts. Finally, the group did an 11 x 11 alternating between the 22 line athletes.
