The CONMEBOL Copa América 2024 ended relatively early for Brazil, who bid farewell to the tournament in the quarterfinals after losing on penalties to Uruguay. Thus, the Seleção not only continue with a title drought but also remain unable to triumph away from home.

While they were continental champions in 2019, the drought without winning trophies is much longer if we only consider tournaments that the Verdamarela played outside their own territory.
