Palmeiras gem and future Real Madrid signing Endrick has been called up for the first time to the Brazilian national team at the age of 17. This comes as a reward for the excellent performances the young striker has shown recently. The Seleção led by Fernando Diniz will take on Colombia and Argentina in November in the resumption of the South American Qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup.

The Brazilian squad to take on Colombia, Argentina

The Canarinha will visit Barranquilla to face Colombia on November 16 before they welcome reigning world champs Argentina to Rio de Janeiro on Nov. 21. After poor results against Venezuela (1-1) and Uruguay (0-2), Diniz is looking to bring in new faces to try and steer the team in the right direction. That’s why, apart from giving Endrick an opportunity, he extended invitations for Nino and André, players from his Fluminense team who have just won the Copa Libertadores.

Casemiro and Neymar are unavailable due to injury, so it will be interesting to see how Brazil overcomes their absence.
