The Copa America 2024 is less than 365 days away from us. The most prestigious competition in South America will return with a very special edition next year, in which the 10 CONMEBOL nations will be joined by six CONCACAF teams.
On Tuesday, the dates for this highly anticipated cup have been confirmed. The tournament will take place between June 20 and July 14 in the United States, who has already been host in the 2016 edition. In 2024, Brazil will try and challenge for their 10th continental title.

Copa America 2024: An opportunity of redemption for Brazil
Following a painful ending to their World Cup hopes at Qatar 2022, the Brazilian national team will have the chance to get back to glory days in the next Copa America. La Canarinha have won the title on 9 occasions, which makes them the third most successful team in tournament history. Argentina and Uruguay are the winningest nations with 15 Copa America titles each.

Brazil won the tournament not long ago, having emerged victorious in the 2019 edition at home. That year, Tite’s men were unstoppable en route to a comfortable win over Peru at the Maracana in the grand final. Will they get their hands on the trophy again in the US? Who will be in the dugout, Carlo Ancelotti? Only time will tell.
