Brazil was the top exporter of talent in 2023: 1,289 expatriates

According to its most recent study regarding expatriate footballers, Brazil is the country in South America that exported the most talent in 2023 and, as if that were not enough, it was also the one that did so the most worldwide.

The Colossus of America exported a total of 1,289 footballers in 2023, having a growth of 5.6% in relation to last year’s figures (2022).
The only country that comes close to these figures is France, who managed to expatriate 1,033 soccer players in 2023.

Further down, in third position, appears Argentina (905 soccer players) and is followed by England (535) and Spain (458) to complete the TOP-5.
