Who is Alfredo Morelos?
Born in the vibrant town of Cereté, Colombia, Morelos began his professional journey in 2014, emerging as one of Independiente Medellín’s brightest talents. But it was his move to HJK Helsinki in Finland in 2016 that truly ignited his career.
There, he dazzled, scoring a breathtaking 50 goals in just 68 games. He not only secured the Finnish Championship and Finnish Cup titles but was also crowned as the country’s top striker in 2016.

The magical journey continued when Rangers signed Morelos in June 2017. Over the course of six years, he left an indelible mark, scoring an astonishing 125 goals and delivering 32 assists in 269 games.
He became a champion in both the Scottish league and the national cup, earning a place as the third-highest scorer in the illustrious history of the Europa League with 32 remarkable goals.
Representing the Colombia national team was a dream come true for Morelos. He showcased his passion in the 2021 Copa América, gracing the field in 11 memorable games and contributing one crucial goal for his beloved nation.
