Jorge Jesus’ Al-Hilal also remained undefeated, securing three wins, scoring ten goals, but conceding two. Despite their efforts, Al-Hilal fell short of clinching the coaching accolade, ending Jesus’ six-month winning streak since November 2023.

The Saudi League praised Pereira’s approach. “Vitor’s tactical brilliance really stood out in April, making him a standout choice for this month,” a league spokesperson stated.

Al-Hilal leads the standings with 80 points, while Al-Shabab is ninth with 38 points. Pereira’s key victory was a 3-1 win over Marcelo Gallardo’s Al-Ittihad, highlighting Al-Shabab’s capabilities under his guidance.
